How can we help?
First choose ÁitFoirne for staff and the Employee Portal, Clinical for resident care, or Family for authorised relatives. Then open a short Start here guide.
Family
A private Family Portal for authorised relatives. Each person uses their own link and PIN. This is not the Clinical file.
Start here
Begin with these three Family Portal guides. They use the same button names you will see on screen.
- Family Portal · Family member What Family Portal is and who can use it Family Portal is a private space for authorised relatives. It is not Clinical and it is not the Employee Portal.
- Family Portal · Family member Send a message or photos to the home How a family member sends a short message and up to five photos, then checks Updates.
- Family Portal · Family manager Grant Family access and PINs How the home adds a Family resident, authorises a relative, and issues a personal link and six-digit PIN.
More Family guides
Open the personal link, add Family Portal to a phone, show a moment to the resident, and use the optional Family Circle.
- Family Portal · Family member Add Family Portal to your phone How to add the private Family Portal shortcut to a phone or tablet. Installing it does not keep you signed in.
- Family Portal · Family member Open Family Portal with your link and PIN How an authorised relative opens their personal Family Portal link and enters their six-digit PIN.
- Family Portal · Family manager Show a family moment to the resident How assigned staff record that a family message or photo was shown to the resident.
- Family Portal · Family member Use the Family Circle How an optional Family Circle lets joined relatives of one resident share a moment with each other.
Guidance inside Family Portal
These public guides can be read without signing in. When a manager is signed in to Family Portal, Help & Guide explains the same steps beside the page they are using.
